Joel Bakan, a UBC law professor and constitutional law scholar, weighed in for a National Observer article about B.C. suing Alberta over legislation that would allow the province’s energy minister to require licenses for the export of crude oil, natural gas, and refined fuels.
Bakan said it is likely B.C. will receive a favourable result.
