Darren Touch, a UBC master’s candidate in public policy and global affairs, wrote an op-ed for The Diplomat about Chinese investment in Cambodia.
“Cambodia can utilize China’s support and expertise to develop its local industries to ensure it meets international standards for exports,” he wrote.
