The Province reported on the UBC Thunderbirds football team after they lost 50-7 in an exhibition match to the Manitoba Bison.
“I told the players that I had never been down by that kind of margin at the half. Ever. And to me it’s humiliating. But it’s a lesson learned,” said UBC head coach Blake Nill.
