British Columbia NDP leader John Horgan said he would use taxes in the fight against sky-rocketing costs and “rampant” foreign investment in Metro Vancouver real estate.
Somerville and Davidoff did work that formed the basis of the a proposed housing affordability levy, while Kershaw Generation Squeeze project called for further property taxes and surcharges based on home value.
