Last week, Vancouver’s annual Bike to Work Week broke a record as 11,602 cyclists, including almost 2,000 new riders rode a bike to work or school.
CBC News reported on the event, which includes a competition of most kilometres logged. UBC won in the category of Best Workplace with 1,000 or more employees.
