22-year-old might have identified 4 new planets

Huffington Post reported on planetary discoveries by 22-year-old UBC student Michelle Kunimoto.

Kunimoto began studying data from the Kepler space telescope for her physics and astronomy course work and found four previously unknown planets that orbit stars other than our own sun.

One of these planets is 3,200 light years away from Earth and could potentially support life-sustaining water.
