A Vancouver company now allows people to choose a home online and even make an offer on the home, according to CTV News.
Tom Davidoff, associate professor at the UBC Sauder School of Business, believes that the service, still only available in Vancouver, can simplify real estate.
“I think having an online presence makes it easier to sell properties to a wider range of buyers. That would include people who don’t have time to stand in line, and more likely for somebody for somebody not in Vancouver,” said Davidoff.
