B.C. NDP needs clear, credible alternative to LNG

The B.C. New Democrats need an alternative strategy after the federal NDP endorsed moving away from fossil fuels, according to UBC political scientist Max Cameron.

“This is a province that is not so dependent on oil, but is indeed, under the current Liberal government, pinning much hope on LNG development,” Cameron told News 1130. “That’s where I think we’re going to see a struggle to define the position of the NDP.”
