The Vancouver Sun featured UBC alumni Alex Harmsen and James Howard, co-founders of the company Iris Automation.
The pair want to make commercial drone flight more reliable, effective and most importantly, safer.
“There is a huge developing market for industrial drones and that’s where we are focusing our energy right now,” said Harmsen.
