Kelowna Capital News featured UBCO student Muntasir Billah who won the 2016 UBC Governor General’s Gold Medal.
The award is presented to the student with the highest academic achievement in the College of Graduate Studies. Billah’s PhD engineering research focused on the development of design guidelines for highway bridges using smart materials.
