Can Delhi save itself from toxic air?

Milind Kandlikar, UBC professor at the Liu Institute for global issues and institute of resources, environment and sustainability, was interviewed for a story in Nature.

Kandlikar discusses how the complex pollution problems in India’s capital city reach beyond that country’s borders.

“It’s not just a Delhi problem; it’s a regional problem,” Kandlikar said.“Everybody else has to be involved. This is not going to go away easily.”
