B.C. declared a public health emergency over fentanyl related deaths on Thursday, reports Yahoo.
“The federal government can really take ownership and leadership in helping direct the provinces in how to address their existing addiction crisis,” said Dr. Seonaid Nolan, a UBC professor who studies opioid addiction.
