The Ottawa Citizen reported on a UBC report that warns that the federal government’s efforts to build new ships are years behind schedule and billions of dollars over budget.

Michael Byers, a UBC international law professor and Canada Research Chair in Global Politics and International Law who wrote the report, recommends re-launching an expedited procurement.

The story was also featured in the National Post, Regina Leader-Post and on iPolitics.
