NPR reported on researchers at UBC’s Okanagan campus who created a chemical test to detect the level of compounds in grapes.
“We feel we have a much better approach to understanding the concentration of these compounds in the berry,” said lead researcher Matthew Noestheden, a PhD candidate at UBCO.
