Daniel Pauly, a UBC marine biologist, was quoted in story in The Telegraph about how fishermen should benefit from Brexit.
Pauly wants Britain to pass a law similar to the Magnuson-Stevens Act in the U.S., which enshrines in statute the rebuilding of stocks within a fixed 10-year period.
