CBC interviewed two professors from the UBC Sauder School of Business for a story about housing affordability in Metro Vancouver following the foreign buyers tax.
Tsur Somerville said the tax “has not taken us to affordability.”
Thomas Davidoff said the rise in apartment prices could be due to presales before the foreign buyers tax.
