The Ottawa Citizen cited a reported co-authored by Michael Byers, the Canada Research Chair in Global Politics and International Law at UBC, in a story about proposed changes to the government’s Arms Trade Treaty legislation.
The report by Byers and PhD candidate Parmida Esmaeilpour found the Liberals’ proposed legislation has “numerous flaws.”
