Wendy Carr, associate dean of teacher education at UBC, was interviewed by French TV Ontario about a report on the state of French second-language education in Canada.
Carr, who co-edited the report said “the mission of Canadian Parents for French is to improve access to French as a second language classes for all children in Canada.”
