Students are not fragile flowers, we must care about their mental health

The Globe and Mail published an op-ed about mental health by Santa Ono, the president and vice-chancellor of UBC, and Michael Wilson, the chancellor of the University of Toronto and the chair of the Mental Health Commission of Canada.

They wrote that UBC’s Thrive program “creates awareness of the connection between mental health, well-being and academic success, and links students to services and resources that help build mental health.”
