CBC reported on a UBC study that found there is an opportunity for Vancouver to be a leader in sustainable transportation.
Alexander Bigazzi, a UBC transportation expert and civil engineering professor, said road pricing and low emission zones lead to better air quality since this leads to fewer cars on the road.
