Quartz quoted Julian Dierkes, a professor with UBC’s Institute of Asian Research, in a story about Mongolia’s new prime minister.
Dierkes said if “the situation [between the U.S. and North Korea] becomes more confrontational, North Korean trust and comfort with Mongolian officials could be a lifeline – literally – in the event of some kind of crisis.”
