Kevin Milligan, a UBC economics professor, spoke to the Globe and Mail for a story about how the federal Liberal Party’s tax plan could affect doctors.
Milligan said he disagrees with the medical profession’s argument that they need certain advantages to save for retirement or maternity leave, or to help them if they get sick and can’t work.
