Patrick Condon, chair of the urban design program at UBC, was quoted in a Globe and Mail article about the Vancouver housing crisis.
Speaking about the argument that more supply is a remedy, Condon said “it is increasingly obvious that what’s affecting our market is global flows of wealth.”
