Eugenia Oviedo-Joekes and Martin T. Schechter, faculty members in UBC’s school of population and public health, wrote an op-ed about the opioid crisis for The Province.
They wrote about an international panel of experts from Europe who are presenting experiences where pharmaceutical heroin is being prescribed successfully.
