UBC prof says 1 in 4 chance B.C. election results could change

Kevin Milligan, a UBC professor of economics, was quoted in a CBC story about the uncertainty of the B.C. election.

According to Milligan’s statistical analysis, there is a one in four chance the current 43-41-3 parliamentary configuration could change. A similar story appeared in Surrey Now.
