Paul Kershaw, a UBC professor at the school of population and public health and founder of Generation Squeeze, spoke to Business in Vancouver about affordable housing.
He said some progress has been made, including the foreign-buyer tax, vacant-home tax and the proposal to allow older houses to be converted to multi-unit rentals.
