CBC Vancouver interviewed Ron Darvin, a UBC PhD student in the faculty of education, about how to teach children how to distinguish between real and fake news.
He said it’s important for people to understand what makes some news fake.
Darvin was also interviewed on Breakfast Television on March 31.
