MSN published a Metro News Toronto article about rising homes prices in Toronto suburbs and spoke to Paul Kershaw, a professor at UBC’s school of population and public health.
Kershaw said rising home prices are pricing out young Canadians from being able to own homes, and the cost of long commutes also adds to their financial burden.
