DeSmog Canada quoted Simon Donner, a climate scientist and UBC geography professor, for an article about the Pan-Canadian Framework on Clean Growth and Climate Change.
Donner said Canada was leading the charge towards including a carbon trading market in the UN Paris Agreement, which aims to limit temperature increases.
