Are we running out of space to measure?

A new paper suggests we might soon hit a wall in our understanding of the universe, reports the Daily Mail.

The paper was written by Yin-Zhe Ma from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa and Douglas Scott from UBC.

Once scientists have completely mapped out the three-dimensional volume of the universe with galaxy and neutral hydrogen surveys, “we will run out of universe to measure,” according to the authors. But they added that there’s still a lot left to learn.
