A Vancouver Sun blog featured two UBC law professors’ criticism of the university’s logic in rejecting student and faculty calls for divestment.
UBC’s decision was based on a “misleading and ill-informed understanding of the university’s legal obligations with respect to its endowment funds,” according to the professors.
