An exhibition titled “Where East Meets West: An Exhibition of Mid-20th Century Cantonese Musical Instruments in Vancouver” will showcase a collection of Chinese musical instruments used in Vancouver’s Chinatown during the ’50s and ’60s. These instruments are from the Chinese Cultural Centre and the Henry Lok-Tin Lee Collections at UBC’s Asian Library.
