Five UBC teams participated in the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) 2012 PacNW Regional Competition on November 3 at UBC. The UBC team of Jonathan Shen, Paul Liu, and Karlming Chen finished third behind two Stanford teams. They will go to the world finals in St. Petersburg in June 2013.
