Impact of foreign buyer tax wanes as March sales surge

Thomas Davidoff, a professor at the UBC Sauder School of Business, spoke to the Vancouver Sun about new statistics that suggest B.C.’s foreign buyer tax is having less of an impact on Metro Vancouver homes as March sales increased.

Davidoff said the market is “very hot again,” except from the very top of the market.

The story also appeared in The Province. Davidoff also spoke to News 1130 about the housing markets in Toronto and Vancouver.
