Roundhouse Radio interviewed Michael Brauer, a professor at UBC’s school of population and public health, about how consumer behaviour causes premature death from air pollution.
The study found that more than 20 per cent of deaths from air pollution were related to the practice of manufacturing goods in one part of the world that were used somewhere else.
