Craig E. Jones, a UBC geography PhD candidate, spoke to CBC for a story about the impacts of development on communities in Metro Vancouver.
Jones studied the Maywood neighbourhood in Burnaby, and says a largely immigrant neighbourhood was forced to move after rezoning for increased density around the SkyTrain.
