UBC experts on Alberta’s pipeline deal with federal government
Alberta and the federal government have signed a memorandum of understanding that carves out special exemptions from federal environmental rules for the province and signals Ottawa’s political backing for a new oil pipeline to the B.C. coast. UBC experts are available to comment.
