Animal hoarding primarily a mental health concern: researcher

CTV reported on a presentation by Christiana Bratiotis, a professor at UBC’s school of social work and expert on animal hoarding, at a conference in Regina.

Bratiotis explained that the vast majority of animal hoarders suffer from mental illness.
