Koi Story 2: Prized fish return to Vancouver’s Dr. Sun Yat-Sen garden after otter attacks

Several media outlets reported on the return of koi to the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden. UBC’s Nitobe Memorial Garden donated some adult fish to the garden.
