Revealed: Toxic air lowers life expectancy by 20 months

The Daily Telegraph cited the 2019 State of Global Air report which was published by the US-based Health Effects Institute and UBC. Michael Brauer, a professor at UBC’s school of population and public health, was one of the contributors.

Researchers found that children in south and east Asia will be worst affected by pollution from industry and traffic.
