Michael Byers, Canada research chair in global politics and international law at UBC, was mentioned in a CBC article (also on Yahoo) about the sale of the Bentall Centre.
Byers had said when the complex was last sold that the development meant the Chinese government was in control of one of the largest integrated office complexes in Canada.
