How a ‘cheat day’ from the keto diet could damage your blood vessels

The Daily Mail published an article about a UBCO study which looked at the damage done by breaking the keto diet for one day.

Jonathan Little, a professor at the school of health and exercise sciences and the study’s senior author, said the blood results could have been taken from someone far unhealthier.
