The Sunday Times reported on research from UBC which has found that honey from urban hives indicates the levels of pollution in the area.
In Singapore Today, Dominique Weis, a professor of geochemistry at UBC and study author said that tracking urban bees’ pollutant levels may offer an inexpensive way to monitor air worldwide.
