UBC experts commented on a new survey which found, among others, that many corporate managers consider business schools out of touch with real-world issues.
Bruce Wiesner, associate dean of executive education at the Sauder School of Business, told the Globe and Mail that the report has “huge implications for business schools in terms of their need to be nimble, agile and to truly customize the [learning] solutions instead of taking a product off the shelf.”
In an interview with CBC, Sauder senior associate dean Darren Dahl discussed the changing expectations and goals of business students and the need to foster creativity in future executives.
