Nikkei Asian Review quoted a blog post by Julien Dierkes, associate professor in UBC’s school of public policy and global affairs and chair in Japanese research, in an article about political demonstrations in Mongolia.
“If officials and organizations neglect the deep-seated public frustration over corruption, we might expect massive protests for calling changes,” he said.
