Limited screen time, adequate physical activity and sleep associated with improved cognition for kids

The Globe and Mail published an article about a UBC study into how screen time affects children. Researchers found that limiting screen time to less than two hours a day gives children greater cognitive abilities in areas such as language, attention and memory.

The research was led by Jeremy Walsh, a postdoctoral fellow at UBC Okanagan.
