Okanagan Edge reported that a UBC project on hybrid rail engines has received a Clean Rail Academic Grant from Transport Canada.
The project is called “Hardware-in-the-loop simulation of hybrid hydrogen fuel cell/battery powertrains under real railway duty cycles.”
