The Tyee interviewed Margot Young, a UBC law professor, about the Supreme Court of Canada decision that upholds the right of law societies to deny accreditation to a proposed evangelical law school.
Young said the ruling was based on whether the law societies were reasonable in their decision to not accredit the schools.
