An acclaimed anti-corruption activist was denied a visa to visit Canada a few years after he received a major award from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC, the Globe and Mail reported.
Rafael Marques de Morais was the co-winner of the $100,000 Allard Prize for International Integrity from UBC.
