Paul Evans, a professor at UBC’s School of Public Policy and Global Affairs, spoke to Maclean’s about the connection between the U.S.-China trade war and progress on NAFTA.
“We may be into a possibility of a little safer NAFTA harbour, but the storm in the ocean out there is the bigger picture,” he said.
